Here is what happens in the background when running a transaction:
The POS initiates a simple web call to the API. The API call is compatible with all development platforms ( iOS, Android, Windows, browser, MacOS, Linux, etc.); if you can send a web-based command via the internet, you can integrate with eConduit. With the receipt of a payment command, we remotely push the command to the payment device with direct connection over WIFI, Ethernet, and/or cellular, depending on the existing connection by the merchant.
