RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Cloud Point of Sale will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, and free of damages by the customer. For a refund or exchange, contact the Cloud Point of Sale customer service team and request a return authorization (RMA). After you have received authorization, please mail out your item within 14 days from the date your original order was delivered to you. Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping costs and any services rendered. Additionally, custom items such as Gift Cards, cannot be returned. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee minimum of 15%. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 20 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all serial numbers still attached and must be in their original packaging, free of damage or writing. Cloud Point of Sale reserves the right to refuse any returned items if the received condition is not acceptable. Items returned without prior authorization from Cloud Point of Sale will be refused and returned to sender.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order:
Please contact info@theposcloud.com if you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you must return the original item and purchase the new item separately. Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 3 business days.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 3 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Warranty:
